The NDIS Employment Coach is responsible for delivering the Organisation’s NDIS funded employment services, such as School Leaver Employment Supports and Finding and Keeping a Job. A key responsibility of this role is to support and mentor NDIS Participants to overcome barriers, build capacity to move onto a pathway to further education or employment through the development of individualised plans. The NDIS Employment Coach will engage Participants with a person-centred approach, and through collaboration with other stakeholders.

The Compliance and Operations Support Consultant provides high level administrative and operational support to the Organisation’s NDIS program and Counselling services, with overall responsibility for maintaining the integrity and quality of operational processes, documentation, reporting systems and service records.The role is responsible for supporting efficient business operations through the administration of billing processes, data management, reporting, quality assurance activities and system workflows. The Compliance and Operations Support Consultant provides operational data, identifies opportunities for improvement, develops work instructions and administrative procedures, to support the implementation of systems and process improvements for the NDIS and Counselling teams. This role is the central coordination point for all communications and administrative functions and provides guidance and support to NDIS and Counselling staff by contributing to continuous improvement, and assisting management to ensure consistent, efficient and high-quality services are delivered.

A key responsibility of this role is to apply the Organisations Customised Employment model to support and mentor NDIS Participants to overcome barriers, build capacity to move onto a pathway to further education or employment through the development of individualised plans. The NDIS Employment Coach will engage Participants with a person-centred approach through collaboration with other key stakeholders. You will deliver services in a safe and ethical manner that is compliant with the NDIS Commissions Quality Standards Framework and the Organisations practice and procedures to ensure quality services are delivered and enhance the reputation of the Organisation.
