BlueSky Mind Studio provides participant centred care and support to improve the health and wellbeing of our clients through a variety of empirically validated talk therapies.

Our aim is to ensure our clients not just survive but learn to thrive and our evidence based programs provide structured support that assists clients to identify current barriers and empower them to make changes to improve their quality of life over a set number of sessions.

We provide a variety of flexible and convenient delivery options including face to face, video and telephone appointments. By providing an option for assistance through the National Telehealth System we allow for consistent and reliable access to our services. Frequency of contact and timing of sessions are agreed for maximum flexibility based on individual circumstances.

When an individual is referred to our services we will work with them to determine the appropriate program to support them to move past whatever it is that is holding them back, and help them to achieve their goals. All of our evidence based programs provide structured support that is achievable in a set number of sessions, with additional support available if needed.

At BlueSky Mind Studio all of our qualified Allied Health staff use the most up to date and evidence based treatments, and are members of the their relevant professional organisations including the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), the Psychotherapist and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) and/or the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA).

The people we support may be eligible for funded support through an employment provider if they are currently receiving an income support payment. Our services are high quality and low cost, and our structured model allows us to provide an upfront cost for completable programs of support. When to contact us

Are you concerned that someone you care for is finding less joy in life than they used to, has recently become more tired and struggled to get energised, cannot seem to relax, or is constantly afraid that something awful is about to happen for no reason?
