At BlueSky Mind Studio we employ therapists with a diverse range of skills and interests, who are trained and skilled in the most up to date methods and techniques.
Jodie WMy interests include caring for and supporting participants to recognise their strengths, explore their interests, and reach their full potential. I am passionate about helping people achieve meaningful goals along their employment journey, as well as supporting them to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and not allow their disability to define who they are. I also value building strong connections and collaborating with stakeholders to help participants develop confidence in themselves.
I bring over 10 years of experience in education support as an SSO, supporting students with disabilities in education. My experience includes providing small group support as well as intensive one‑to‑one support for students from Reception to Year 10. Seeking a career change and the opportunity to support individuals outside of the education setting, I transitioned from education support in 2023 and began my career as an NDIS Employment Coach, joining BlueSky Mind Studio in May 2025.
BlueSky Mind Studio has given me the opportunity to grow and build on my skill set, strengthen my ability to build meaningful rapport with participants, and receive ongoing support within the NDIS team. The culture at BlueSky Mind is both visionary and inspiring, where collaboration and communication are key to generating the best results for our participants.
