Areas of Interest

Paul has extensive experience working in disability support and customised employment services, with a strong focus on helping individuals develop the skills and confidence needed to achieve their personal and vocational goals. Through his work in customised employment coaching, compliance, and frontline support roles, he has gained a strong understanding of the challenges people may face when transitioning into employment, education, and independent living.

His areas of interest include supporting individuals with complex support needs, mental health challenges, and behavioural support requirements. Paul has experience assisting participants through School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES), career pathway development, and work readiness programs, including conducting career assessments, developing support plans, and implementing practical strategies to help individuals build independence and confidence.

Paul takes a strengths-based and person-centred approach, focusing on empowering individuals to build resilience, develop practical life skills, and make meaningful progress toward their goals.

I enjoy supporting people as they work toward meaningful change in their lives and achieve goals that are important to them. It is very rewarding to see individuals grow in confidence, develop new skills, and overcome challenges.
