Helen is a High-Intensity Counsellor who provides a warm, respectful, and non-judgemental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported. She believes everyone has strengths to build on and works alongside clients to help them gain confidence, develop practical skills, and create positive, lasting change at a pace that feels right for them.

Helen supports young people transitioning into employment and adults exploring career options or addressing barriers to finding and maintaining sustainable work. She has extensive experience supporting individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), low confidence, relationship difficulties, substance use concerns, and other life challenges.

Using a strengths-based, person-centred approach, Helen takes the time to understand each client's values, strengths, and goals. She tailors counselling to meet individual needs, helping clients strengthen emotional wellbeing, navigate challenges, and develop practical strategies to thrive at work and in life.

With over 10 years of counselling experience, Helen draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
