BlueSky Mind Studio are here to support you through our participant centred and strength based therapies. Our aim is to ensure you not just survive but learn to thrive. We will work with you to identify your current barriers and empower you to make changes that will improve your quality of life.
We will provide a variety of flexible and convenient delivery options including face to face, video and telephone appointments. By providing an option for assistance through the National Telehealth System we allow for consistent and reliable access to our services. Frequency of contact and timing of sessions are agreed for maximum flexibility based on your individual circumstances.
When you are referred to our services we will work with you to determine the appropriate program to support you to move past whatever it is that is holding you back, and help you to achieve your goals. All of our evidence based programs provide structured support that is achievable in a set number of sessions, with additional support available if needed.
At BlueSky Mind Studio all of our qualified Allied Health staff use the most up to date and evidence based treatments, and are members of the their relevant professional organisations including the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), the Psychotherapist and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) and/or the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA).
You may be eligible for funded support through an employment provider if you are currently receiving an income support payment. Our services are high quality and low cost, and our structured model allows us to provide an upfront cost for completable programs of support.
